Dr. Chad Searcey-Founder and CEO
Dr. Chad has been a full-time trader since 2019. Prior to 2019, he spent 21 years in education. The final 15 years as an elementary school principal. It was then, that he started learning how to trade. From 2019-2025 Dr. Chad was the Director of Trader Success for Navigation Trading. In 2026, Dr. Chad started to navigate his own path as he founded Reality Driven Trading.
